Welcome to Lavender & Sage Creative Consulting : Where Service Meets Strategy

Every journey begins with a step. A step into the unknown, this is mine. Today, I am going to share where L&S came from…and why.

Lavender & Sage Creative Consulting was born as many business’ are, in my head. I wanted to be able to start something that I knew would help others in business keep organized without losing their minds while also trying to keep their business’ working seamlessly. I wanted to be able to have something that I can bring with me no matter where the Air Force sends us. This is a business build on the belief that behind every successful entrepreneur, business’ big or small is a strong support system.

As a veteran, military spouse, mother, community partner, and administrative professional, I have learned that adaptability, organization, and resilience are more than just skills — they’re a way of life. Military life has taught me how to thrive in constant change (even if I don’t like it), solve problems under pressure, and support other through every season. Those experiences have shaped not only who I am but also the way I serve my clients.

So why Lavender & Sage?

For me, this name is more than a brand — its personal.

I chose this name for many different reasons. Family connection being the biggest. Lavender is not only the symbol of calm, balance, and trust, but it keeps me connected & rooted to my family it represents peace, comfort and home. Through the many moves and transitions that come with military life, I have found myself drawn to the calming presence of lavender. It reminds me that even during seasons of uncertainty, it is possible to create spaces that feel grounded, welcoming and full of purpose. Sage is my favorite color, but it also represents wisdom, growth, and resilience. Together, they reflect the foundation of my business: creating organized, efficient systems that bring clarity and confidence to business owners so they can focus on what they do best. Together, Lavender & Sage reflect the values I want every client to experience: calm amid the chaos, thoughtful strategy, dependable support, and steady growth. It is the reminder we all need sometimes , that strong business’, much like strong families, flourish when they’re built on trust, organization, and genuine care.
